- Filter grades: H11, H12, H13, H14, U15, U16, U17 (EN1882).
- Single or double-sided airtight gaskets (EVA).
- The maximum humidity can reach 100% RH.
- The maximum temperature can reach 85℃.
| Applicable locations
- The non-grid efficient filter screen is widely used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, flm and optical fiber equipment, PCB printing and other industries as the air conditioning terminal flter in dust-free purification workshops.
- The non-grid filter is separated by hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum foil used in the grid filter. Without the grid, the 50mm thick non-grid type filter can achieve the performance of the 150mm thick grid filter.
- The non-grid efficient flter not only has the standard flter material pleat height products but also can provide various products with flter material pleat heights ranging from 24mm to 96mm, which meets the customers' demand for product diversity and improves the product performance. The various pleat height products of the non-grid efficient filter can reachHEPA and ULPA efficiency.
