- The medium-effciency flter bag is made by needle-punched hot air cotton filter material and ultrasonic heat pressing.
- The filter material contains electrostatic fibers, which have particularly good fltering effciency for dust particles of 1 μm or smaller than 10 μm.
- It has high dust-capturing capacity, high dust loading and high air permeability. It has a long service life.
- Each flter bag is fixed by metal strips in between, which increases the strength of the flter screen and prevents the flter bag from cracking due to friction caused by wind speed when it is at high wind speed.
- Each flter bag has three small pockets evenly distributed in the middle of the bag width to prevent the flter bag from over-expanding due to wind pressure, blocking each other and reducing the effective fltering area and efficiency.
- Each flter bag edge is fused by ultrasonic method, which has good airtightness and bonding strength, and does not cause leakage or cracking.
